Passionate about spearheading innovation and driving digital transformation, Gonzalo is dedicated to exploring emerging technologies that impact society and pave the way for new digital business models. Gonzalo's journey in the realm of entrepreneurship and social innovation has led him to mentor EdTech startups in Mexico and LATAM, while also serving as an advisor and coach in various entrepreneurship, innovation, and digital transformation events.

Over the years, Gonzalo has played a pivotal role as a leader in digitalization and educational transformation initiatives, collaborating with prominent organizations such as BBVA, CEMEX, PEPSICO, NESTLE, FEMSA, FODEPAL, BANAMEX, SANTANDER, and the Government of Guatemala, just to name a few.

As a respected speaker, Gonzalo has shared insights at conferences on diverse topics, including Innovation with Educational Technologies, Tec21 Educational Model, Emerging Technologies impacting education, Digital Transformation, and Digital Education.

Gonzalo's academic journey includes a Bachelor's degree in computer systems engineering and a master's degree in e-commerce. They have further honed their expertise through certifications in Leadership, Ontological Coaching, Innovation, and Digital Transformation, Entrepreneurship, Effective Communication, Design Thinking, Six Thinking Hats, PMO, ITIL, and many more on Leadership in Tech.

Currently, Gonzalo holds the esteemed position of Director of Digital Transformation and Enablement at the Office of Professional and Postgraduate Studies at the prestigious Monterrey Tech University, Mexico, where he leads efforts to create a thriving digital ecosystem that supports the Tec21 educational model. Gonzalo also serves as the Academic Coordinator of the Digital Transformation Management Diploma, where he is also a professor of digital business at the School of Engineering and Sciences.

In Gonzalo 's capacity as the Director of Information Technologies at the Virtual University of the Monterrey Tech University, he plays a crucial role in harnessing technology to enhance the learning experience. Additionally, Gonzalo is a valued member of the Digital Experiences committee, where he advocates for a comprehensive IT Architecture philosophy that fosters success for students, teachers, and training partners throughout their academic journeys.

As a father of two young professionals, husband and friend of many, Gonzalo's journey has been fueled by a relentless passion for leveraging technology to empower individuals and organizations, and he is committed to fostering environments that promote conscious leadership, sustainable growth, and meaningful interactions for humanity's benefit.

She is a dynamic and visionary leader, a trailblazing young Latina with a passion for leadership development, change, and program management. With over 15 years of expertise in Global Corporate, non-profit organizations, and entrepreneurial ventures, she has established herself as a driving force in the world of consultancy, fostering transformation in organizations and communities alike.

Grassroots Beginnings and Social Responsibility: Xochitl's journey started in the vibrant Greater Milwaukee community, where she developed a deep sense of social responsibility and a commitment to creating positive change from an early age. Growing up amidst challenges and resilience, she developed a fierce determination to uplift others and provide the support necessary for their success.

A Journey of Academic Excellence: Xochitl's academic path is a testament to her pursuit of knowledge and excellence. She holds a Green Belt Six Sigma certification and continuously adapts lean and agile methodologies to stay ahead in her field. As a Fellow Graduate of the Hispanic IT Executive Council (HITEC) Emerging Executive Program, she honed her skills as an emerging Hispanic technology and business leader.

Xochitl's educational achievements include a Business Management & Entrepreneurship Technical degree from Milwaukee Area Technical College and a Bachelor of Science in Leadership & Organization from Marquette University, where she was recognized for her leadership qualities and dedication to community engagement. Fueling her aspirations further, she pursued and successfully completed a Master of Science specializing in Organizational Leadership & Administration from Concordia University Wisconsin. Currently, Xochitl is on her way to earning a Doctorate (PhD) in Global Leadership & Change at Tiffin University, Ohio, with an expected completion in Fall 2023, showcasing her unwavering commitment to lifelong learning.
